• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows, and nothing here waives the manufacturer warranty or your statutory consumer rights.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return; they typically post within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

No account is required to buy from Solid Gears Supply. Guest checkout is the default. An optional account only stores your order history and shipping details for faster future orders; it changes nothing about your rights, your warranty, or the price you pay.

We work to keep descriptions, specs, and stock accurate. Despite our care, an honest error can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel an order we cannot fulfil accurately, with a full refund. The price shown at the moment you place your order is the price that governs.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Freight is free on every order to the contiguous United States. Delivery windows, freight handling, and appointment scheduling are detailed in our Shipping Information policy. Title passes according to the carrier's terms at delivery; until then we coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns

We accept returns of unused equipment in original, resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund is issued to your original payment method — typically posting within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Intellectual Property

Our site content and the Solid Gears Supply logo are our property. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners and appear here only because we sell their goods. You may not reproduce our content or marks, or the brand marks shown, without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, place fraudulent orders, or scrape content for resale. We may block activity that harms the site or other customers.

Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
